Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BulkAPI platform, APIs, marketplace, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services. BulkAPI serves as an intermediary platform connecting API Providers with API Consumers.

2. API Provider & Consumer Relationship

BulkAPI provides the marketplace infrastructure. However, any API consumed via BulkAPI is a direct agreement between you (the Consumer) and the developer of that API (the Provider). BulkAPI does not guarantee the uptime, accuracy, or quality of third-party APIs. We are not liable for any damages resulting from API downtime, deprecated endpoints, or incorrect data returned by third-party Providers.

3. Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy

You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you shall not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or billing mechanisms.
• Create multiple "fake" applications or accounts to repeatedly abuse free-tier subscriptions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any API or the BulkAPI platform.
• Use the Services to distribute malware, illegal content, or conduct malicious activities (e.g., DDoS attacks).

BulkAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive behavior, without prior notice or refund.

4. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to paid API plans or adding funds to your digital wallet, you agree to our pricing terms. All transactions are processed in USD. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. It is your responsibility to cancel subscriptions if you no longer wish to be billed. Wallet balances are non-refundable and may only be used for platform services. BulkAPI uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and does not store your raw credit card information.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the BulkAPI platform are owned by BulkAPI. The intellectual property of the data and functionality provided by specific APIs on the marketplace belongs to their respective API Providers. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape API data unless explicitly permitted by the Provider's specific license.

6. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BULKAPI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BULKAPI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
